Total Security 2016 Installation Problem

Hello,

I try to install TS 2016 on third device (it was once instelled on it) but when i download installer it doesn't start. I've alredy tried removal tool, but it didn't help.

I really look forward to some help

    - Do you have any other security solutions ? (If yes you should remove them)

    - What operating system are you running on that machine ?

    - What Removal Tool have you run ? The 2015 version or the 2016 one?

    - Is your Windows account an Administrator on that machine ?

    Hello,

    - I did remove other antivirus,

    - OS is Windows 7,

    - I've run both of them,

    -and yes, i have admin rights.

    To be honest i suspect that computer is under some kind of malware attack, cause i have also problem with installing malwarebytes.

    While going through your log I noticed that you still have other security solutions installed.

    - SpyHunter4

    Please remove it from the system, reboot the machine and then retry the install.

  • Still, nothing :/ Is there a possibility to upgrade somehow TS 2015, because offline installer works.

    We will continue troubleshooting there.

    EDIT : Situation solved by turning off UAC and clearing out the infections present on the machine.
