Error 1073741824 After Renewing Bitdefender

I renewed my bit defender subscription a few days ago and have been getting an error message every time bit defender tries to update (error -1073741824). I opened the main window open and tried to Update Virus Data Base but it either gives me the error or just says that it is up to date.

    Firstly please let us know what OSX version are you running and also please run the Bitdefender Profiler to give us more insight on whats going on.

    With a small change, please send the log to bitsy@bitdefender.com and reply to this thread with the ticket number generated(may take several minutes to receive the reply) after sending the information.


  • Sorin, I know I'm commenting on wrong topic, but how do I solve the problem in BD 2016 always update the bdaphsp.dll file, restart the computer and after a new update appears again for me to restart for the files to be replaced and always this file Always bdaphsp.dll, can you tell me what it is?
