I bought Bitdefender Internet Security 2016 for a Windows 10 computer the 9th of july 2016.
I sent an email to your support service the 9th of july 2016 asking for a downgrade from Bitdefender Internet 2016 to Bitdefender Antivirus 2016.
Indeed, I would like to install Comodo Firewall as a Firewall, and having 2 firewalls may lead to incompatibilty issues.
I already sent 2 reminder emails, but I havent got any answer yet.
Could you please tell me when my question will be adressed?
