Total Security 2016 Vsserv.exe Using High Memory

Is this a memory leak??. I under stand it could use alot of emmory sometimes but ill reset it and bring it down to 9% then it will slowly come back up and get up to 92% used memory.
there is no possible way it should use this much ram.
how i temparoraly fix it ( have to do this about everyday):Go to anti virus advanced settings: SHield- then custom-Archieves-limit to 30 mb. -then restart
Even with this (quick fix) it will start climbing again. i have sent a ticket into bitdefender and still havent recieved a responds to this problem. If i do not get this fix pretty sure ill ask for refund cuz i dont wanna fix this flaw in your system daily!!
