Lost Internet Connection After Installing Bitdefender Total Security 2016

I installed Bitdefender Total Security 2016 on my 7 pcs using windows 10 (free upgrade). there are 1 pc lost internet connection. When I turn on browser it says "There is no internet connection." What am I missing here? Can anybody help me?

    Hello,

    Firstly we need more information, what type of connection are you using? What build of Bitdefender do you have installed on your machine ?

    Have you tried uninstalling the product to see if this is the cause ? Did you update your network card's drivers to the latest version ?

    And as always if you have any other security solutions on the machine please remove them as its not advisable to have more than one on the same device.
