Bluestacks Imcompatibility With Total Security 2016?

Hi, I installed Bitdefender Total Security 2016 (build info attached) and since It is installed, when I run the program BlueStacks, my pc displays a bluescreen and then reboot.

Before installing Bitdefender it worked without problems.

How can I fix this inconsistency?

I'm using a Windows 10 PRO X64 build 14393.10

Many thanks in advance.

    Hello,

Incompatibility with BlueStacks has long been fixed, please upload the minidumps generated after the BSOD event and PM me with the download link.

EDIT : It would seem the BSOD is caused by something else entirely.

    Hi, Sorin.

So it seems that BlueStacks itself caused the problem, as HD-Plus-Tool is a file related to BlueStacks. The odd thing is that it only crashes after BD was installed. I'll contact BlueStacks' consumer support.Thank you, Sorin!
