Ts 2016, Wrong Number Of Licenses After Deinstallation

I have Total Security 2016 multi device (licenses). I'm from germany. I post here, hope getting faster response than in german forum.

I had 5 devices installed (Laptop, PC and 3 virtual machines).
After installing Windows 10 1607 i removed all licenses in Bitdefender central.

After installing 2 devices, Bitdefender central shows that all 5 licenses are used for 2 devices! Now I cant install any more device.


Yesterday I opened a support ticket and hope support will correct my license counter in Bitdefender central.

Has s.b. had/have similar problems?

Edit:

I got a mail from support: I should delete all devices in my Bitdefender central account.

I Replied that this doesn't solve the problem that 3 more licenses are used than devices are installed.

 


Next reply from german support:

my problem is forwarded to the spets. They will contact me soon.
