My Subscriptions: The Package I Bought Is Not Visible


Today I bought and paid Bitdefender Total Security Multi-Device online. I received the activation code by mail.

When I go to my personal page on Bitdefender Central, I cannot see the package I bought. The only thing which is mentioned in 'my subscriptions' is a proposal to buy 'Antivirus for Mac' what I don't want to buy as I already bought it in the package.

I cannot see neither select Total Security Multi-Device.

How can I solve this?

    You will need to register the key you have in your Central Account. Go to My Subscriptions-> click on Activation Code-> register the key.
