Not installing and downloading the package I bought.

I just bought Bitdefender Multi Device 2016. I downloaded it and installed it , but it turned out that Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac was downloaded and installed  and not the Multi Device 2016 package. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times but the result was the same.  See pictures below.

For your info before all this I had a 30 days trial package  for Mac Antivirus which I uninstalled  before downloading and installing  the Multi Device package.

 

What can I do?

I put the problem to BitDefender support centre. Their answer indicated that tere was no problem. I had a subscription that was as follows;

For windows : I have Total Security Multi Device

For Mac: I have only  Antivirus for Mac

And for Android : Mobile Security & Antivirus.

 

As i have only  Mac OSX  and IOS   the multi stuff is of no use to me.

I  bought the Multi Device because I wanted all its features  and was convinced that it worked ( completely)  with Mac OS as is indicated below in their advertisement  below.

 

I stated that a refund is in order, but so far no reply. Even a refund price diference of the less priced Antvirus for Mac would be ok with me.
