Disappointing Bitdender and Support System


Hi there,


I have bitdefender for mac bought few months ago. I have few issues and some are critical and i have started open ticket 2 days ago and still have no reply.


1. my bitdef central is always showing your system is safe and i have always performed quick scan. 2 days ago i performed deep scan and i got multiple trojan and ext which i deleted. My question is how can this happen with a so claim best paid antivirus for mac*** previously i was using AVAST free and i have the same pattern of browsing and email.But i suspect this prob from my yahoo mai. But how did it bypass bitdefender??


2. i lost my bitdefender central information. email/password and the key/serial and i did try to reset but so far no reply. i am not sure which email i used. How to rectify this when i still have more then 600 days with bitdefender


3. i am attaching log which i think its from the update and not from the system scan. i dont seem to be able to view log for that after exhauting search


4. How fast is the response for customer support??
