Device limit exceeded

Dear Sirs, A couple minutes ago I bought 2017 version . I have 3 devices license and only installed 1 device. But when I try to install BitDefender 2017   I got your device limit reached.  As I wrote  I paid 30 $ and bought a new licence ,  I have only 1 devices and tried to install 2nd. .  My subscriptions page show the same. Could you please check this and  give me the insallation  permission
