That is just a SFX archive, most likely leftovers from the infection.
Detection has been added for the sample you submitted.
Please check your startup items and scheduled tasks to remove that SFX too.

As already mentioned, we already have detection in the Petya ransomware. Please update Bitdefender and run a system scan if you have not done so already.
After that, if there is any process remaining in the Task Manager, remove it with Autoruns:
- download autoruns https://technet.microsoft.com/ro-ro/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx and run it as Administrator; - look for the Task starting that empty process; -un-check it and reboot the computer.
