Samsung nullifies security on my android 6 tablet. Need solution ASAP

The new Android 6 effectively disables anti-virus and parental control on my Samsung Galaxy Tab E tablet because from the lock screen (without consent) new accounts can be created. I can't prevent my kids (or anyone) from creating a new account on the tablet or logging in as a guest and that new account will have no parental controls or anti-virus. Please, we need an option in bitdefender as soon as possible to block access to creating new users or logging in as the guest user without the bitdefender pin number we use to protect apps.

I don't know how many other devices are/will be effected and if it's just Samsung but why don't they allow a device owner to decide who can login? Plus the new user can install apps. Will he install a trojan or virus...? At least if I could control account creation I could install Bitdefender and protect the play store and settings. Also as a responsible parent I can't just let my 5 year old use an unprotected tablet with access to the Internet.
