2017 application not renewing - no issue with 2016 version.


I've just renewed my Family subscription. I notice my Win10 PC with the 2016 product has added an extra 365 days to the BD application so that's no problem.


However this hasn't happened with the Win10 PC where I have the 2017 version installed, this is what I've done:


* Ran "Update now" in the application.


* Gone to "Central" on the web which confirms the device has an extra 365 days (unlike the application which says only 5 days remaining).


* I have run a quick scan on "Central" for this PC, it works so this confirms there is some communication going on between the PC and the web.


* I have rebooted my PC.


I have just 5 days left for this 2017 version. Please help.

    Please open the main product interface.


    - Click on Account Info (Human shaped icon)


    - Click on Switch Account and login into your Central account.


    - Afterwards run a update

    Perfect answer - thanks.. That did the trick as soon as I logged in.

    It's odd the 2016 version worked fine but not the 2017 - perhaps flag up with dev's? Regardless I have no issue any more I appreciate it.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
