Greetings,

Bitdefender had not worked so well for me lately on this machine, and I just don't know what is the problem. About 4 or days ago, Bitdefender was once again became unreponsive and I restart my computer. However, once it boot_s into the desktop, my computer was blue-screened. I thought it might be Bitdefender. I ran a bug check analysis and here is what I got.

oddly enough, the bugcheck analysis did not point to Bitdefender as a culprit. However, when I did some search around, some sources say that error IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE (4a) is frequently associated with Bitdefender. I am really confused. I already open a support ticket 4 or 5 days ago with no reply to my problem. My ticket number is:  2016101410170003 . Right now, I already uninstall Bitdefender and running Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes free as temporary means to stay safe. So far, everything seems fine. No more BSOD. Anyone know about this particular problem? I would not want to run MSE for too long since I am not sure about its detection engine. Thank you

Products: Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2016.

Operating OS: Windows 7 x64 Ultimate

Other security software running in conjunction with Bitdefender at the time of install: None

*edit*:  Could the moderator please move my thread into General Section? I think I click on the wrong subsection and ended up in installation and activation, but I think this is more of a General Problem.
