I recently created a Bitdefender account and when I came to login said password and user mismatch I try to reset it but I didn't receive any reset email

I have sent you a private message with the password reset link. That should have also arrived in your inbox, please check your Spam folder and any active rules you may have setup.
I haven't received an email to reset a password, either. I've check spam as well as the inbox and rules.
Have now signed in by another method, but still no password reset recieved.
