Web protection: white listing won't work

Hello,

My PC is running BDIS 2017.

I couldn't access to my storage place on the clould (Hubic). White-listing hubic.com won't help on my Windows 10 PC. I ended by deactivating SSL analysis.

I had no similar issues when running BDIS 2016.

If you had to disable the SSL Scan to access that website it would seem the issue is with the certificates.

Please contact our support at bitsy@bitdefender.com and provide them the logs from the Bitdefender Support Tool.
