I'm abit paranoid

i'm currently using bitdefender free edition with malwarebytes, bitdefender detected a malicious file it was NOT a false positive, i excluded the file accidentally and i then deleted it from the exclusion then i deleted it from the events  (you know the notifier) to see if i can remove the file and now i have no idea where that file wen't now i'm worrying if my computer is going to get infected. i just don't want my computer to get infected (i'm new to bitdefender) 

note: bitdefender didn't Quarantine the file

what i don't get is how do you entirely remove a infected file?

Most likely the infected file activated and the behavioral agent in Bitdefender removed the process entirely without any prompts to avoid infection.

To be 100% sure the machine is not infected and there isn't something malicious on it please follow the steps in the article below to generate a system log and send it to bitsy@bitdefender.com for analysis.
