Youtube No longer works

I have just updated from Basic Bit Defender 2016 to Bit Defender total Security 2017


I cant get any You tube vids to work now.. Any clues where I could start


All I get is the page opening, and inside where the video should play is "AN ERROR HAS OCCURED"


Wish I'd never updated now. Stupid move.

    Do you have any other security solutions ?


    Are you able to see videos on another browser ?


    Have you tried cleaning your cookies and cache ?
