Total Security Multi Device: no internet after installation

After the installation of Total Security Multi Device on several WINDOWS PCs with WINDOWS 7 and WINDOWS 10, the internet connection (via web browser) is lost (after the required reboot).


Internet connectivity is available and also reported so within the network connectivity status of WINDOWS.


All information I have gathered so far (web search) seem to lead to firewall related issues.


Does anyone have any recommendation for reliable settings (if needed at all) to get access to the internet again (via web browser) ?

    Firstly please read the forum rules before posting.


    Secondly, what does no internet connection via browser mean ? I would assume you receive a error when trying to access a website, please provide us with a screenshot.


    Are your Adapters setup as Home/Office ? Have you tried turning off the Bitdefender Firewall ?


    Do you have any other security solutions installed on that machine ?
