Active Threat Control Disabling

hi

first i use old version of bit defender 2016 after i update by to 2017

now i analyze a few days some times    Active Threat Control Disabling Automatically on restart my computer ...

and auto poly also turn of

i scan full pc but no virus found...so why they disable on every restart

Its not necessarily a virus if your ATC is getting disabled.

Do you have your Profiles enabled ? If yes try to disable them and see if the ATC is still getting disabled.

Should the issue persist please contact our support team bitsy@bitdefender.com and also provide them with the logs from the Bitdefender Support Tool.
