Received receipt but no key

Hi there. Earlier today I renewed my subscription and only got a payment receipt in my email. I thought maybe there transaction didn't go through but the credit card company says it did but I still see no product key in my email or anything along those lines. I was playing around trying to see if I could get it to work but just ended up with some 30 day free trial. Please help!
