Virus RADB59~1.VBS

Dear Bitdefender:

I am a user of your Bitdefender Total Security protection system and I have this virus in my USB, I did not want to put the USB in my machine for fear of infecting it, could you help me and tell me if your antivirus protects me from this virus? Or send me some executable that can clean my USB and my Windows 7 operating system.

PS: save it as a notepad and send it attached, also capture it and save it in a winzip with password "12345"

Hi Luis Castro.

Bitdefender actually using by default "Automatically scan USB storage devices" check if it is not disabled and after it feel free to plug in your usb.

Hi Luis,

If the Scan USB devices option in Bitdefender is activated, once plugged, the USB device will be automatically scanned. In case the issue persists and you are unsure if there is an infection, write us at bitsy@bitdefender.com with a bdsys log attached and a few screenshots displaying the effects of this infection.

NOTE: Please plug the USB device while the bdsys scanning tool is running.
