I am disappointed to note your stance on my last post but I accept forum rules are forum rules and so will raise my difficulties on other security / consumer forums.

ps My difficulty has been made much worse rather than being resolved as you felt sure it would be and I am on the verge of never having to contact this or supports site again as I will no longer be a BitDefender customer..
