EZCA (Ezdok camera for FSX/P3D)

Hello guys,

 

there is a 3rd party camera app for FSX/P3D called EZCA that is always flagged as a threat. I already submitted 3 samples and got no information in return:

11.01.2017 Submission 2017011121200008

12.01.2017 Submission 2017011220070002

and the latest today:

17.01.2017 Submission 2017011718360001

This is not the first time I submit URL's or files and the signatures are not modified, neither I get informed if this is a real threat or not.

 

Is there any chanche to improve the communication with BD Labs as to obtain an automatic reply if the file is a false positive or not? I'm constantly checking the same file since submission an it gets flagged as a Gen:Trojan.....

Hi Gerald,

After submitting a sample, you receive an e-mail where it is mentioned that if the sample is clean, the detection will be automatically removed.

Detection on the samples sent has been removed so if you are still encountering the issue, please update Bitdefender.
