bitdefender has been picking up these three trojans/viruses and says it has deleted them from temp folder but everytime i reboot they are back. so disappointed. any thoughts?

It would seem the product does remove the infection however you most likely have a 3rd party application on your start-up that drops these infections.
Please generate a bdsys log and submit it to our support team for investigation using bitsy@bitdefender.com

I have already submitted the log to you guys and even contacted your support. No response whatsoever. I installed malewarebytes and three trojans and 2 more that bitdefender didnt pick were identified and deleted promptly. No return so far.
I am so disappointed with bitdefender. I had bought a two year license. will not be renewing.
