I have had repeated incidents of False Positives with BitDefender Internet Security 2017, all with several common features. I submitted one of them via the normal submission method, but since there have been multiple examples and they all have the same features, I thought I would mention the situation here, in case it is helpful in the investigation of the issue. The situation is that many games made with the Ren'Py Visual Novel engine cause False Positives with BitDefender Internet Security 2017 (and 2016 as well). I've had nearly a dozen different Visual Novels trigger a Potentially Malicious Application Detected warning in BitDefender, all of which were made with Ren'Py Visual Novel engine, which is a legitimate game creation engine. https://www.renpy.org/
I'm not sure exactly what feature of the engine triggers the detection, but all the games are innocuous, many are available on Steam, and none trigger a warning with other Anti-malware I've used in the past (Eset, Kaspersky, etc.) It would be nice if we could stop these games from triggering false positives in this manner.
