what happened for BitDefender Central [ Support tab ] ?

since last night whenever i login to my Central, i see this message in "Support tab" ( not in the other tabs ) : We're working on improving our services. Please try again a little bit later.


so its for everyone or just me? could you please check it you guys too? :D

    Logged in my Central without any problems. I am in Canada.

    Support tab works fine in my account. When I click on it, a whole page of FAQs pop up...So, yeah, I assume it works OK.

    i said i'm going to leave Bitdefender and switch to another vendor becuase its almost 80 hours past and i got no answer from my open ticket !
