Web threat blocked, am I infected?

Bitdefender started notifying that blocks web threat.

Some of url blocked are, for instance:

angleracademy.in/

brunswick.it

eaglessoccercamps.com

gametechnologie.nl

But there are several more events notified like this.

I did a complete scan but nothing came out

If you are still working on my case, I deactivated the Bitdefender protection shield and activated the real time protection of Windows defender.

After few minutes Windows Defender found a maleware in C:/win32/fareit

Putting in quarantine the file, the problem is fixed.

Does Bitdefender work really better than Windows defender?
