Safe Pay Error Status 0xc0000020

Hi

Every time I try to access Safe Pay I keep getting a message - 'Safepay - Bookmarks:obk exe - Bad Image

c:|windows\system36\D3D10warp.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error'. Error status 0xc0000020.

Any ideas as to what to do?

Hello,

If you have Malwarebytes or HitmanPro on the machine please uninstall them and try again.

Should the issue persist afterwards I recommend a fresh reinstall of the application.
