Problem with CBC.be

Hi,

Impossible to get access to my CBC.BE bank account

No problem with other banks; only with CBC.

It seems that CBC uses ISABEL certificate, not accepted by Bit Defender.

Is there a way to correct that?

What happens when you try to access your account ?

What Bitdefender product are you running on your machine ?

Please provide me with a screenshot.

Sorry for late reply,

No error code at all,

When I type in https://www.cbc.be the first page opens correctly. You can try by yourself…

Afterward, when I click on ‘’CBC Touch’’ which is the key that is supposed to give access to my bank account, nothing happens. No error code. The next page simply doesn’t open.

The product used is BITDEFENDER TOTAL SECURITY 2017 version 21.0.23.1101.

On my desktop PC that uses ESET Smart Security 10, I don’t have such blockade…

I was able to access CBC Touch without any issues, lucky me it has a english version.

I get routed to : https://cbctouch.cbc.be/TCH/A044/resources/0002/en/app/?amcmid=51410704842931946772992729684236127589#/logon/manual

Since I do not have a account or a reader that's as far as I can go.

I would advise contacting our support team via bitsy@bitdefender.com with the logs from the Bitdefender Support Tool.
