This is an issue I’ve been having since I upgraded to the Bitdefender TS 2017 version. Every time I’m connected to the internet, the following BD executables (DEVMGMTSERVICE.EXE, Productagent service.exe, vsserve.exe & bdwtxag.exe) hog my data bandwidth despite no updates been downloaded and continue to eat into my limited data cap. Never faced this issue with the 2015 version of BD.
The issue persists despite a complete re-install and the only workaround is to disconnect from the internet.
Any help is appreciated.
