My company's VPN needs Bitdefender turned off

I have Bitdefender Total Security Multi-device 2017 running on Windows 10 Home. My company's VPN doesn't want Bitdefender running, it wants Windows Defender running. Is there an easy way to turn off Bitdefender 2017 temporarily? How can I do this? I don't want to uninstall Bitdefender.

Hello,

At this time there is no ON/OFF switch. However a feature request has already been sent.

You can disable each module for it to not interact with your machine at a security level.

Bitdefender > Protection > View Modules > Antivirus

Bitdefender > Protection > View Modules > Firewall
