Bitdefender says it found infected email attachments but I cannot see anything to advise me where th

It found password protected files and showed where they were so I was able to fix that but I cannot see anything relating to the email attachments? I am only using gmail

    If the product found infected files on the machine it will list all the infected items at the end of the scan. You will be able to see the Subject of the email and the attachment name to aid in searching for the infected email.
