File Found as Infected a month after I deleted it?

I downloaded a program which was detected as a virus at the time, and so it was deleted by Bitdefender Total Security 2017. However just today, I got a pop-up saying infected file detected - which was that same one. The file location was to the downloads folder and when I checked there has definitely been no file. My hidden files are always set to show.

Any idea what happened?

Very worried.
