foxi69 phishing webpage

i have itdefender, and it shows the alert that     foxi69.tlscdn.com/altHbHandler.html     webpage is trying for phishing attempt. this is happening at a frequency of one min and im helpless on what to do despite the bitdefender warnings. Is this safe? help me remove this phishing site. Thank you.
