Bitdefender TS 2017 Virus Shield Crashing


I saw somewhere else that this was happening and the fix was to update to the latest. I'm running the latest and it's still happening. Attempts to contact support elsewhere is fruitless and unresponsive.


Anyone still experiencing this and possibly have a solution?


I've uninstalled correctly and cleaned up and reinstalled. I can start the service just fine but it crashes after several hours. I'm on Windows 10 Pro 1607 build 14393.969 running BD build 21.0.24.62 engine 7.70640.


Oddly enough, it only happens on one particular PC. The rest have zero issues.
