Bitdefender deletes .exe

Hello,

Ive a big problem with BD Internet Security 2017. The defender deletes a .exe and its desktop-shortcut again and again.

Ramsonware-security is deactivated and of course I added the .exe (and also the complete folder) to the exceptions. Its pretty annoying.. BD just completly ignoes my exceptions and deletes the file again and again.

Does anybody have an idea what to do? :wacko:

We would like to investigate that file so please archive it with the password "infected" and attach it to an e-mail at bitsy@bitdefender.com.

Also please check in the Bitdefender Notifications and if there is an event with the detection name, send us a screenshot of it.
