Box missing Devices

Hello,


Has anyone experienced BOX missing wifi devices within your LAN? I have a iPad Pro and an iPad 2. Neither device is being found in my home network. My router recognizes the wireless device, so I know they're broadcasting.

    I'm having the same issue. I have an old ipod that's on my wireless network that hasn't been found in the Box app. This is the only device it hasn't picked up. When i look at the network settings it has the the Box gateway ip address.

    So the devices finally showed up. But I do have a phantom device on my network, the mac address does not show up anywhere on my network or when I log onto my router and look at the devices on my network. I've tried deleting the device but it keeps coming back. Shows up as an apple device
