I have an error code 1002 and it tells me to go to settings and "update location" I do not know how to do this..please HELP. It keeps taking me off the internet.

That error code is related to your internet connection.
Please ensure that you are properly connected to the internet, if you are using Wi-Fi try a cable connection.
If you are using a proxy, please ensure that it doesn't have restrictions.

I am having the same problem, I am connected to Wi-Fi with the router on the wall in another room. How was it fixed please?
Try it on LAN cable connection or may be different internet connection.
It means the error is occurring that your workstation is not able to reach update server in a timely manner.
Basically I just restart my router and somehow it works
I double check some resources on the internet and they tried to change the DNS to google DNS and the other option is to reset the firewall services.
