A nightmare with avangate and bitdefender not aswer

20170417 I purchase the order Bitdefender Total Security 2017 (5 devices, 3 years). Website https://secure.avangate.com


                 They need to update my fist name and last name in the billing information and the delivery information to finish my oder. i created the followings request to solve my problem:


                 * #1243455 (They marked as a solved (issue not solver))


                 * #1243454 (They marked as a solved (issue not solver))


                 * #1245490 (No answer) Waiting


20170418 I create the ticket 2017042814200002 on Bitdefender (No answer) Waiting


I really want to know how much time do i need to wait to get my product or if i not the my product for 3rd May 2017 i want my refund. Moreover, is impossible to get a phone number to contact you from México and solve the issue.


I hope you help me to solve this issue asap or I need all the information to make my refund asap.
