Mixup in products
I received this email of 7/7/16 regarding my subscription. I now had to subscribe to the Free Trial to be protected after virus infection which means my pc was unprotected. I have two email accounts which may be confusing the whole issue. The ticket number was 2016063021010002. Still having problems with luckystarting and cannot get rid of it. I would really appreciate a sulution to this.

Regarding your situation with the activation of the account, this is a commercial issue and will be handled via the ticket you posted. You will be contacted in that regard with more details.
Commercial issues have no place on the forum due to their privacy requirements.
For the adware/searchengine I would suggest running the BDsys tool and sending the log to our support team via bitsy@bitdefender.com
