Bitdefender slow access to local network web application + whitelist not working

Hi There.

We have a ERP system, we access it over the local network, using google chrome.

The access of the application became extremely slower on computers with bitdefender installed.

I tried to: 

Whitelist the ip address of my application server on bitdefender.

(disabling block port scan, stealth mode off and Generic yes.)https://www.bitdefender.com/support/my-internet-is-slow-1100.html

The only thing that made a difference was disabling the anti-phishing feature,  But the anti-phishing feature should not interfere with whitelisted sites and ips right ?

This is quite annoying, if you whitelist a site it should not pass through the internet protection module, disabling the anti-phishing gives a instant result

The application is on the local network accessed over ip address...witch i whitelisted.
