     While buying Bitdefender for MaC at the last step after buying the software I accidentally clicked to buy an additional product which is .  1 x Bitdefender Install &; SetUp for Mac - 1 intervention (Order #: 59424873 ) I raised a ticket for the same with your support – Ticket Number 2017050715550005 on May 7th 2017. I got an email on May 9th 2017 from someone named Dragos Barbu of Retention & Loyalty Spet and provided option of full refund or extended subscription. For which I immediately replied to provide full refund. But unfortunately two days passed by and there is no reply from anyone. I consider this service highly nonprofessional and request you to provide appropriate steps to refund the amount ASAP.
