Please provide me with more details about the situation.

What OSX version are you running on that device ?

What type of connection do you have on that device ? Cable / Wi-Fi ?

Hi,

Same issue here (not sure if this has been answered in a different thread). Version of BitDefender downloaded from App Store: Version 3.8 (3.8.10600). OSX 10.12.5. Trying to update from Mac Mini Late 2012 via WiFi. Any assistance is definitely appreciated.

Hello,

1. Use Go to Folder and access this path:

~/Library/Containers

2. Delete the folder "com.bitdefender.virusscannerplus"

3. Reboot and perform a manual update: Open the Virus Scanner Plus app and press Command-U
