My.bitdefender.com banned my IP Address

today i want to know some information , but the website show  me : Error 1006 The owner of this website (my.bitdefender.com) has banned your IP address .

Try again after 30 minutes.  There is a lockout after so many attempts to access your Central account unsuccessfully.
