Active Threat Control interferes with gaming clients

Hello,

I have noticed throughout the months that the Active Threat Control interferes with gaming clients, making them freeze. This happened to me with the Origin client and the Blizzard client, among some. I can 100% reproduce this issue. Is there known documentation on this issue and the potential causes?
