every time I connect to the Internet through my home made router / firewall, connected to the ISP-given router, I get alerts that svchost / steam / others try to connect to dns6 (dot) org. I do not get this when I connect directly to the ISP-given router. This happens every few minutes so this is extremely obnoxious.
I tried contacting the french support but no replies for days. I tried to add dns6 (dot) org to the white list of the web protection but it continues. I am already behind 3 firewalls (the one from the IPS router, the one from my pfSense router and NetLimter) so this is getting ridiculous to get such alert.
How can I disable these alerts or at least investigate what is happening?
The full antivirus scan did not report any finding.
I very very much doubt the router is the cause, as the behaviour is consistent with pfsense, IPFire and ZeroShell installed.
