I've just joined this forum. I filled in my name, e-mail and chose a password. I received the email and confirmed the account with the link button in the email. Then your system wanted to verify using a smartphone Google app. I don't have a smartphone, or anything similar. There was an option for those not able to scan the code.
I clicked on that option and it gave me a long string of letters/numbers to type in to verify the accounts. First, I did a copy-paste. It didn't accept the code. So I carefully typed it in, checking each letter several times. it still didn't accept the code, even though I know it was correct.
The Bitdefender tech people need to check this out! This manual option simply doesn't work!
