Wallet not working with Chrome and SafePay


Hi,


Are there any known bugs with the Wallet in BD 2018? I just installed Total Security 2018 on a fresh Windows 10 Pro install, set up a manual entry in the wallet (for website authentication), but nothing happens when I try to use the Wallet to log in, no matter if I just open the page by entering the address directly or if I use the Wallet extension to get there first (click extension button, Websites, choose website). I tried it with latest version of Chrome and with SafePay, with the same results.


To avoid any possible conflicts, I disabled completely any other security software and the adblocker, to no avail.

    Respectfully, I have also the above problem; the SafePay does not work, in this sense every time that I open the safePay, the bitdefender 2018 is confronted with errors, crashing, having contact with Bitdefender Support, they did all the instructions, having two appointments by remote sessions, as uninstalling and re-installing the Bitdefender for several times....... deleting many of my programs as IOBIT Advanced SystemCare Pro, IOBIT Driver Booster Pro, IOBIT Uninstaller -Unlocker, and -Smart Defrag, but the problem exists in addition to the above problem, in one time it blocked a main file of the Window 10!!!, before I did not have such problem in connection with the Bitdefender 2015, 2016 and 2017, I fear that these crashes damage my PC(the window or the registry).

  • Just Bitdefender Support communicated me telling,"we have identified the cause of the crash and the Bitdefender developers are currently working on a fix which will be delivered in a future product update. We will send you a new e-mail to inform you about the update as soon as it's released" and then they recommended me to install Bitdefender 2016 giving me all the instructions, I post this in order that if someone like me have such problem not to be worry over one's PC and security, contacting the Bitdefender Support solves one's problem.
